A former chef, Gino Schrijver, makes these preserves. Gino makes all his preserves in an underutilized space in the Delaware Valley Volunteer Firehouse. This fully functioning facility contributes 5 % of its gross revenue to the Delaware Valley Volunteer Fire Department.
